Após dois anos à frente do projeto, percebi que meu verdadeiro lugar é no campo, e não no meio gastronómico. Acredito que já existem muitos chefs talentosos e restaurantes incríveis no mundo, mas faltam agricultores comprometidos com práticas regenerativas. Precisamos, com urgência, transformar a maneira como produzimos, distribuímos e consumimos alimentos. O Folha vai continuar, mas em um novo formato. Com carinho, Marcella After two years leading this project, I’ve come to realize that my true place is in the field, not in the culinary scene. While there are already so many talented chefs and amazing restaurants out there, there aren't enough farmers dedicated to regenerative practices. Now more than ever, it's essential to rethink how we grow, distribute, and consume our food. Folha will continue, but in a new format.
